Originally created for Stab's "Shapers" series, the SD was built on the foundation of a modified Yes Thanks model. It features a smooth curve that accelerates towards the tail, a low rocker, hard edges, and a pinched deck. The board has a deep single concave that zeroed out under the rear fin and finished with a slight vee in the tail.

These features provide the SD with exceptional speed and drive, making it an ideal choice for surfers who demand high performance from their equipment.
